Past Projects

Over the years we've been privileged to work with a number of great clients on a variety of projects. Below is a sampling of just a few of the many successful builds we've completed over the past several years.

	One Financial Plaza Winner of Associated General Contractors of St. Louis' 2006 Construction Keystone Award — Project of the year, Kirberg Company removed the building's clay tile and copper barrel roof and oversaw the installation of new metal decking and curved standing seam panels.

	Charter Communications Headquarters This roof is an example of a modified bituminous membrane on a new construction project. Kirberg Company used no torches or asphalt, eliminating the risk of fire commonly associated with these types of roofs. Also, this type of roof is very durable, withstanding heavy traffic during construction, and the Charter roof has remained completely leak free for almost a decade. This example proves that Kirberg Company's value engineering keeps the end user in mind during new construction projects.

	Demun Pointe Condominiums Demun Point's 'green' roof features vegetative trays that reduce runoff, help reduce heating and cooling costs and improve air quality.

	Anheuser-Busch Hall at Washington University in St. Louis Winner of Associated General Contractors of St. Louis' 1998 Construction Keystone Award — Project of the Year. This installation project encompassed more than 28,000 square feet of slate roofing.

	Alberici Corporation Headquarters Awarded LEED® Platinum certification by U.S. Green Building Council. Our reflective and energy-efficient roof ensures energy savings and employs recyclable products.

	Lambert-St. Louis International Airport This accelerated-schedule project involved replacing a 250,000-square foot roof with a new roof that has outlasted several severe weather events.

	Edward Jones Headquarters The accelerated schedule of this project was no issue for our manpower and staff, even though the work involved multiple roof levels, different types of roof membranes and stringent safety requirements. This is the first of several projects that Edward Jones has relied exclusively on Kirberg Company to handle.
